For each listing on the website, you will see two payment options: “Pay in full”, or “Pay deposit”.

For the “Pay in full” option, 100% of the item is paid immediately as normal and the item will be shipped within 3 working days.

For the “Pay Deposit” option, it works as follows.

A 25% deposit on the item as the 1st payment.

The remaining 75% is then paid through regular installments, over a period of between 2-6 months, depending on the value of the piece. Please click “view details” on the listing to see the dates for each subsequent payment.

Items up to €300 must be paid within a maximum of 2 months.

Items between €300 and €600 must be paid within a maximum of 3 months.

Items between €600 and €1000 must be paid within a maximum 4 months.

Items between €1000 and €1500 can be paid within a maximum of 5 months.

Items over €1500 can be paid within a maximum of 6 months.

In case of change of mind after receiving the piece, you are entitled to a full refund, as per the 14 day “cooling off period” under Irish consumer law.

The items will be shipped after the last payment is made.

If you need the payments to be split into different amounts within your allowed period, please email me BEFORE purchase. If you would like to pay a deposit earlier than the allotted time, please contact me and I will send you a link to make an early payment.

*NB* A 25% non-refundable deposit will be retained for payment-plan orders cancelled before dispatch. This deposit covers administrative costs and the reservation of the item during the payment-plan period. By proceeding with a payment plan, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to the non-refundable nature of the deposit in the event of cancellation before dispatch. If you cancel the order before dispatch, the 25% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Items will be put into a jewellery box and wrapped in colourful tissue paper. They are then shipped in a padded jiffy bag. If you want any special notes or gift wrapping for your package, please let me know and I’d be happy to do it for you. 

Certain rings can be resized, and this will be listed in the item’s description. Depending on the size needed, the cost for this service is between €25 and €50. Please get in touch if you wish to enquire!

Unfortunately any items that are on sale/reduced cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to read the description and view the photos carefully as any or all faults will be listed.

All pre-loved items, including rings that have been resized or otherwise altered to fit the customer, are considered bespoke or customised. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty, as they cannot be resold in their altered state.
