Description
On offer is this splendid 18ct Edwardian diamond ring. It consists of eight single cut diamonds of approximately 0.25cts that are bright, eye clean and have a lovely sparkle.
The diamonds are platinum-set while the shank is 18ct yellow gold. All stones are chip free and held securely.
This 18ct Edwardian diamond ring has had some repair work done. This includes re-tipping some of the prongs, laser repairing a fracture in the band and gallery, as well as a general clean and polish. The work is seamless to the eye and only noticed upon inspection with a loupe. This beautiful antique ring now has a new lease of life and awaits someone to enjoy it!
There is an ’18ct & plat’ stamp inside the band and the ring does indeed test as 18ct and platinum. This is a genuine antique ring from the Edwardian period.
It is a size M or 6.5 and weighs 2.25g.
