Description
A very impressive vintage citrine cocktail ring set in 18ct yellow gold. The golden honey coloured citrine weighs an estimated 5cts, and is securely claw set, and further held by a weave-patterned basket design. This design continues onto the shoulders. The band is a very comfortable 3mm in width.
There is a 0750 stamp on the band for 18ct gold. The high level of craftmanship is undeniable, this ring is simply breathtaking.
The stone is in excellent condition, as are the claws that keep it in place. One side of the ‘basket’ setting is very slightly bent/out of shape but is very minimal. The same goes for the band itself, which is very slightly misshapen but does not make the ring uncomfortable to wear at all.
