Description
An extremely dainty vintage 9ct purple gem ring. The pear shaped stone sits bezel-set in the centre of the band and has a light, nearly lilac colour.
This ring is perfect if you like a subtle colour in your rings, but don’t want anything too sparkly.
This cutie is a size 7.5/O and weighs just 1.13g. It is in very good vintage condition.
It bears full Dublin import hallmarks for what I believe is the year 1996 (K).
This ring could be a light coloured amethyst, but has not been professionally tested as such. Many gemstones look very similar and have nearly identical colouring, especially if they receive heat treatment.
