This piece is one of two ‘sister’ rings that I sourced at the same time – lucky find!
This particular ring has a central purple amethyst (of a very deep and rich saturation), oval cut, surrounded by small diamonds for that special sparkle.
It is a vintage ring, dating from Birmingham 2000. Currently a size M/6.5, it can easily be resized up or down. Please get in touch if you need this service so I can get you a quote.
It’s been kept in very good condition over the years. There is general wear on the band, and slight wear around the edges of the white gold halo setting. A beautiful, substantial dress ring to enjoy for all occasions.
The amethyst dimensions are 6x8mm and the ring face as a whole measures 10x12mm. It sits 6mm above the finger, making it relatively low (and very comfortable).
