I use An Post’s registered tracking service. Once payment is received, I will ship your item within 2 working days, and send you a tracking number by email. Insured tracking is also available via DHL; please contact me for this option so I can check prices for your destination!
For shipping outside the EU, please note that any customs fees incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. Please bear this in mind when browsing!
If you do not see your country when checking out, please send me an email as this country is likely not available with An Post, and therefore I’ll have to give you a specific shipping quote with either DHL or Royal Mail.
Returns:
I accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me within this time and I will give you a return address. I ask that you ship your item using a registered/insured shipping method, in the same internal packaging and condition in which it was sent. Once the item is received by me and I have made sure it is intact, I will process your refund within 5 working days.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to me. For returns coming from outside of the EU, please carefully fill out the customs form and mark the package ‘RETURN’ to avoid extra customs fees. If any customs fees are incurred, they will be deducted from the refund total.
I cannot be responsible for an item that is lost or damaged in transit. If an item is lost, I will provide all the shipping information for you to file a claim with the postal service. Please note this can only be done after 25 days of the item being shipped.
I do my best to describe items in detail to the best of my knowledge, outlining faults, flaws, and anything else worth noting. Photos also form part of the description, and I ensure each item can be viewed at many angles to help you make an informed decision. Please take the time to inspect an item carefully before buying!
All items are pre-loved or antique and as such will show signs of wear. This is their nature, so please do not expect items in pristine or new condition. Always feel free to ask questions about an item as I’d be happy to assist you!
